A wonderful Lenten opportunity to serve
If you think you would be able to prepare a vegetable side dish that would serve 15-20 people, and you could do this each Monday during the Lenten season, please let Pattie know. The idea is for St. John's to support The Community Table by providing vegetables for their Monday guests during Lent. They generally serve an average of 150 people on Mondays; sometimes less, sometimes a bit more.
This would be a wonderful opportunity for us at St. John's to serve our community during the Lenten season and it would mean a lot to the hard-working people who have brought The Community Table to us.
